Terms and Conditions for Sawadify (User, Partner, and Delivery Apps)

Welcome to Sawadify. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sawadify User App, Sawadify Partner App (Vendor), and Sawadify Delivery Partner App. By accessing or using any of these apps, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Sawadify" refers to the platform that connects users, vendors, and delivery partners.
  • "User" refers to customers placing orders via the Sawadify User App.
  • "Vendor" refers to restaurants, grocery stores, and businesses using the Sawadify Partner App.
  • "Delivery Partner" refers to individuals delivering orders via the Sawadify Delivery Partner App.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate contact and delivery details.
  • Orders placed through the app are binding, and cancellations may be subject to fees.
  • Users must review order details before confirming, as Sawadify is not responsible for incorrect orders.
  • Payment must be completed using approved methods, and fraudulent transactions may lead to account suspension.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure food and products meet quality and hygiene standards.
  • Order fulfillment should be timely, and delays should be communicated promptly.
  • Vendors must provide accurate pricing, product availability, and business details.
  • Vendors are solely responsible for taxation and compliance with local laws.

4. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

  • Delivery partners must accept and complete orders promptly.
  • Real-time GPS tracking must be enabled for order delivery.
  • Couriers must ensure proper handling and timely delivery of orders.
  • Any misuse of customer data, failure to complete orders, or unprofessional behavior may lead to account termination.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Users must pay the full order amount before or upon delivery.
  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to Sawadify’s refund policy, and eligibility depends on order status.
  • Vendors and delivery partners will receive payments after deductions for commissions and service fees.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Sawadify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users, vendors, or delivery partners engage in fraudulent activities, violate policies, or receive repeated complaints.
  • Misuse of the platform, including fake orders, misleading business listings, or incomplete deliveries, will lead to permanent account bans.

7. Use of Location and Data

  • The Sawadify User and Delivery Partner Apps require GPS location access to facilitate order tracking.
  • Personal data collected is used only for order fulfillment and is protected as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Sawadify acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for food quality, vendor performance, or delivery delays caused by third parties.
  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service and are not liable for technical failures.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes between users, vendors, or delivery partners must first be reported to Sawadify Support for resolution.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be settled through legal arbitration as per local laws.

10. Modifications to Terms

  • Sawadify may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
